Lotty Wiltshaw

Director

Lotty formed Shot Blast Media in 2012 with one purpose in mind: to produce corporate videos that would go above and beyond a simple portrayal of what her clients do. Lotty specialises in creative storytelling by using a multitude of skills acquired over a career which spans some twenty plus years in video creation & production.

David Mead

Creative Director & Producer

David is an accomplished and innovative filmmaker with 20 years of experience, specialising in video editing, camera operating and directing. He has been working with Shot Blast Media for the past 6 years, bringing to life every client brief, from script to screen projects of all shapes and sizes.

Maddy Goddard

Digital Marketing Executive

Maddy works to bring creativity to Shot Blast Media’s social channels. She graduated from the University of Leeds in 2021 with a degree in Film, Photography and Media, and her years of experience in the marketing industry means she is ideally focused on brand awareness and lead generation for the business.

Byron Sheldon

Camera Operator, Editor & Drone Pilot

Byron joined Shot Blast Media after finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking from Leeds Beckett University in 2022. Byron focuses on working on the company’s Video Production Packages, in which he films and edits unique videos for businesses across Yorkshire, as well as drone videography and photography.

Thomas Wright

Camera Operator & Editor

Thomas is a recent graduate of the Northern Film School, where he specialised in cinematography and editing. Thomas has previously worked as a Freelance Camera Operator for a range of companies, and has been working with Shot Blast Media since 2023 in the Video Production Packages team.
