Before The Workshop Pre-Work Questionnaire

You complete 60 to 90 minutes of pre-work covering existing assets, channels, team structure, and budget. That replaces the logistics conversation in the room so the session stays focused entirely on strategy.

In The Workshop Half-Day Diagnostic

A half-day session, on-site wherever possible, with up to six people from your team. Lotty leads 27 structured questions across positioning, audiences, goals, and the full buyer journey.

After The Workshop Content Blueprint

You receive a complete Content Blueprint: a practical document you can act on immediately. If you continue with a Smart Content System® programme, the workshop fee is credited in full.

If you proceed with a Smart Content System® programme, the full workshop fee is credited against your investment. Your first £3,500–£5,000 of a programme that starts from £25,000 costs you nothing.

Yes — we can run the session remotely if needed. However, we strongly recommend in-person wherever possible. Getting your team out of the day-to-day and into a focused environment produces clearer thinking, better alignment, and more honest answers. It is also significantly harder to sustain four hours of strategic focus when phones and inboxes are a click away.

That’s a good starting point — but most strategies we see aren’t built for real-world delivery. We’ll stress-test what you have, identify any blind spots, and map it into a content system that’s practical, measurable, and connected to business outcomes — not just creative ideas or assumptions. You’ll leave with a clear execution plan, a delivery model, and a content roadmap built to perform, not sit in a deck.

You receive a complete Content Blueprint covering your goals, your content architecture, your audiences, and your 12–18 month roadmap. If you want to continue, we build out the right programme around it. If you don’t, you still leave with a plan you can execute yourself or with another team. Either outcome is a result.

To get full value, you need a senior decision-maker present — someone who can speak to commercial priorities, not just marketing activity. We typically work with MDs, Directors, and senior marketing leads, supported by up to two department experts. Maximum six people. If the person who signs off on strategy can’t attend, the workshop will produce a plan nobody has authority to implement.
