Director
Lotty formed Shot Blast Media in 2012 with one purpose in mind: to produce corporate videos that would go above and beyond a simple portrayal of what her clients do. Lotty specialises in creative storytelling by using a multitude of skills acquired over a career which spans some twenty plus years in video creation & production.
David Mead
Creative Director & Producer
David is an accomplished and innovative filmmaker with over 20 years of experience, specialising in video editing, camera operating and directing. David has been working with Shot Blast Media for the past 8 years, bringing to life every client brief, from script to screen projects of all shapes and sizes.
Maddy Goddard
Digital Marketing Manager
Maddy works to bring creativity to Shot Blast Media’s social channels, digital campaigns and website. maddy is experienced in increasing quality leads, seo, social media design and editing, as well as writing great content and copy for a range of brands and businesses. Maddy manages our Content marketing packages, working with clients across the uk.
Byron Sheldon
Video production manager
Byron joined Shot Blast Media in 2022 and focuses on working as lead camera operator and drone operator. byron is a specialist in editing, filmmaking and producing for businesses and brands across the world. byron enjoys drone videography the most, including fpv, as well as working on creative video productions and ideas.
Thomas Wright
Camera Operator, Editor and Drone Pilot
Thomas specialises in cinematography and editing for our video production packages service. Thomas has been working with Shot Blast Media since 2023. Thomas is a qualified drone pilot and manages our podcast production services. thomas enjoys working on creative projects where he can operate the camera and direct the photography.

2D Animator & Illustrator
Ryan is an experienced 2D animator and illustrator. ryan has worked for award winning studios, alongside a wide range of clients, including BBC Learning, Open University and CBeebies. ryan love to create fresh and bold styles that make each project unique, working across all aspects of the creative process.
